AiResource needed a clearer way to organize, publish, share, and provide access to information for different audiences. The platform required content structure, controlled internal access, communication tools, and a public-facing experience to work as parts of one considered system. Pillar approached the engagement as both a technology and information-design challenge, shaping the platform around how the organization manages and distributes its content.

What was needed

Information lived in more places than anyone could hold in their head, and the people who needed it were not always the people who filed it. Security and structure had to be decided together, not bolted on afterwards.
